Newbie Confused about properly hosting site with dreamhost while using namecheap

  1. Registered with namecheap.
  2. Updated DNS settings with namecheap to the 3 provided NS1/NS2/NS3.dreamhost.com
  3. Added domain as fully hosted with dreamhost panel.
  4. One click install to domain.com/wp/ to try and avoid any conflicts with it being the installed in root directory.

All day I’ve been getting
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

The Wordpress install confirmation email was sent, but it still sends me to this link. Clearing cache on browser does nothing. Running Webpagetest shows a screenshot, that it is successfully accessing the image of the wordpress setup… I can’t get to that.

I could use the help, hours of googling and I’m just brain dead now.
