New FTP Users not showing up?

When I create a new FTP user, I get the success message. After waiting a day, the user still does not appear on the list, but when I try to re create it, the username is taken. It says the new users should appear on the list within a few minutes, so I don’t believe time is the issue here. Any help?

Sounds like a ticket to support is needed. FTP users normally show up very quickly, like upon refresh of the screen.

I mean, I don’t know what to put for the categories…

It’ll be FTP/Shell, then pick the domain. The category is FTP:Username/Password problems. That’s close enough to get the right person on the case.
