New account lost in space -- verification never appeared by email

Hi all. I have had a website on dreamhost for about three years.

Two weeks ago I registered a new domain (www.jakemecklenborg.com) on a new account with a new email address (jakemecklenborg@gmail.com).

I never received the verification email, but my card has been billed. In short I haven’t been able to log into the web panel. I believe this happened because I had just registered the gmail email account that day and so it apparently wasn’t totally functional. Again, my card has been billed $200+.

What should I do to have web panel login information sent to me?

It’s been a while, but don’t you create your webpanel login as part of the signup process? Try the Lost Password option.
