New account issues

New account activation issues.

Domain registered was Thought I had made a mistake entering my card information and deleted it to try and re-added it before I realized what was going on. Was looking to register domain and sign up for a year of service. Doesn’t appear to let me re add a card anywhere in the system. Hoping this can get it fast tracked.
