Need help, what are the hours of your chat?


I am trying to sign up a charitable foundation on DreamHost. I have put in the determination letter twice and am still waiting approval, and the client is not happy with me.

I tried twice to reach your “24/7” service chat. On Saturday it said it was not available, I figured okay, it’s the weekend. But 11:30 on a Monday morning? What’s going on?

How do I get to speak to someone and get this going?
