I would like to thank you all for taking the time to assist me. I have finally notified the DreamHost Tech Support and I have finally got my mail.ryanagee.com point to my login page of Google Mail. Thanks.
Let me add this to the forum so if people search for answers they can find this thread or others.

Hello, I’m Ryan and I recently signed up for this web hosting service, at the sign up, I selected Google Apps cause its free. I have recently established my webmail (firstname.lastname@example.org) with Google Apps and I am having problems getting http://mail.ryanagee.com to point to http://mail.google.com/a/ryanagee.com or show my login page for Google Mail. What are the steps should I take? I would appreciate the steps by steps given via email instead of wiki. I look forward to hear from you soon.

No problem! Since you’ve already set everything up, the next few steps
are pretty easy.
Just log into your panel and go to Domains / Manage Domains, here:
Then, click the “Edit” button in the “Web Hosting” column and, on the
page that loads, scroll down to the option to enable Gmail. This will
allow Google to take over all the mail management for you (and
automatically change all the settings on our end to enable this!)
Then, click “Change these fully hosted settings now!”
Once the DNS changes have had a few hours to finish resolving, you should
be all set!
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with!
(If you want tech support person name let me know. thanks I don’t know if its right for me to leave the TS technician name.)
