Reading through http://docs.dreamobjects.net/guide.html I came across something that made no sense to me.
In tweet format:"View object" in browser makes perfect sense to me. But "view bucket"? that makes sense?
Answered / resolved:from @cleverdevil (Jonathan LaCour) 4minutes ago:* @bentrem visiting the URI for a bucket will give a response containing the bucket's objects. Unless the bucket doesn't exist!* you'll get back a 200 OK response, indicating the bucket exists, with an XML payload showing it contains 0 objects* go to http://testing-bucket-123.objects.dreamhost.com/ in your browser. That's an empty, public bucket.* now go to http://testing-bucket-12345.objects.dreamhost.com That bucket doesn't exist, so you'll get a 404 Not Found.* see http://docs.dreamobjects.net/s3-api/bucketops.html for for details on the GET operation on a bucket.* viewing a bucket is just "listing" the contents of the bucket. You'll get back a list of keys inside the bucket.
