I have 3 databases. Two of them are running ok. And the other is a newly created (more than 10 mins). I have this message: “The mbstring PHP extension was not found and you seem to be using multibyte charset. Without mbstring extension phpMyAdmin is unable to split strings correctly and it may result in unexpected results.”

I haven´t upload anything yet.

That’s because DreamHost does not install the multibyte string extension. I don’t know of any reason why they don’t, but you can get around it by installing your own copy of PHP anyway.
