Over 19 hours ago one of my sites started going down with the error:
MySQL client ran out of memory(Errno=2008)
I emailed customer support immediatley and still haven’t recieved a response.
I did nothing to the site or hosting in the time this happened, the database is only 9megs, and the site only averages 120 visitors/day.
Does anybody know if there is a way to resolve this issue from the control panel?
Is this “business as usual” for DreamHost customer support (eg no response in 19 hours?)
My previous host had a problem ticket turnaround time of about 1 hour.
