My VPS has been down for 4 days and support isn't responding!

Never thought I would have to resort to posting in a forum but the situation is turning into a nightmare for my clients!

Would someone please get this fixed already.

My VPS has been down since Monday. It was briefly back on from Tuesday night till wednesday morning, then poof! Offline again since.

Support hasn’t responded to my tickets in 24 hours and I don’t know what else to do to get this fixed.
