My email server can't send out emails to all qq.com related emails

HELP!

My email server can’t send out emails to all qq.com related emailbox.

My emails @newsionvc.com send to qq.com mailbox got following error:


This is the mail system at host homiemail-a72.g.dreamhost.com.

I’m sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It’s attached below.

It looks like qq.com is limiting the email DreamHost servers send it. Do as the message says and contact Support.

Thank you for contacting technical support. It looks like the the
nameservers are pointing to qq.com and the mx records are as well. I went
ahead and searhed our system for the mailbox springpad@qq.com, but it
does not exist on our system. You will need to contact the company that
you have your email hosted at it to get your email working again.

You didn’t provide enough information in your inquiry and as a result it appears Support took a bit of a wrong turn.

Try again.

This time explain that email messages from your DreamHost account are being rate-limited by IP address for recipients at qq.com and their notice said to contact the service provider.
