My Account Not Activated


My Dad Sign Up for a Dreamhost Account and we paid up via debit card and payment was deducted from My Bank Account but My Account has not yet been Activated I am getting error " We couldn’t find an account in our records with that email address"

Please have a look at it or Kindly Refund me My Money I have the invoice with me.
