Moving existing Wordpress weblog?

A few months ago I created a Wordpress weblog on one of my domains. A bit after that though, I thought it would be good to have a domain with the name of the weblog, so I registered one.

My problem lies in how to get the new weblog set-up on the new domain. Once I install Wordpress (one-click install), is there any way to export my posts from the old domain to the new domain? Would telling it to use the same database help/work, perhaps with some file copying, or is it more involved than that?

I’m not sure if this can be done easily, but I’d really appreciate some feedback on this. Thanks in advance!

I’ll give you a hint.
You’re going to be using mysql dumps or phpMyAdmin Exports

I’d type more, but unfortunately I’m too lazy to do that at the moment XD.
(sorry!)

It’s not too complicated. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress.

It’s mostly moving the WordPress files and exporting the database.
