More Cronjob Errors

When executing a cronjob script, I get this error. I have been unable to find anything online that hints at what is wrong. When I execute the script through the url, it operates correctly. I have the permissions on the script set to 755.

setlock: fatal: unable to lock /tmp/cronlock.1562607.22536: temporary failure

What the script does is gains access to my local database, then opens a file in another folder and parses the file. Finally, it updates the database based on what is parsed.

Any ideas?
