Does this problem still exist? I see the domains Whois record got updated about the same time as this post. DNS records for your domain also seem to be in order at this point.
If you need to contact support outside the panel, you must use this contact form https://www.dreamhost.com/support/ (and yes it is a slower method).
FWIW, when you get this situation resolved and get logged back into the panel, you should add a non-dreamhost email login to your account. The only alternative to creating tickets is to use the contact form linked above, and it is much slower. You must plan ahead for failures and glitches.
