Mail Outage

What is everyone’s (anyone’s) experience been with support on mail outage issues?

I’ve been without email for close to 1 buisness day (7 hours 35 mins) with a ticket sitting waiting for someone to update my DNS. I understand that there will be a delay due to my lowly status on the lowest plan but an outage is an outage. I’m stuck.

Anyway, thoughts or experiences folks?
