I posted in support, but it has been 13 hours with no response – from what I see, dh seems slammed with issues right now, but it’s hurting business.
I transferred all my hosting to dh yesterday – everything, aside from the outage is fine, but mail.mydomains.com are not working, for any of my sites, using a desktop client.
Webmail works just fine, just no email client.
So I thought that maybe I’m doing this wrong, but I’ve done this a million times, seems simple enough:
does the username require and @mydomain.com or +mydomain.com or any of that?
Anyone with help or guidance is appreciated, I’d love to get this going for my business, and my clients.
