Mail forwarders not working

Well - I thought asking support might get me a response, but I guess I was wrong. Almost 3 days have gone by and I still have broken email forwarders. Maybe DH support is still in food coma from Thanksgiving.

I created multiple forwarders that do not work. Email from domains on the chalmers server to other domains on this server work just fine, but email from other DH servers or email services(gmail) to these domains get bounced.

I really needed these working last week. Anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve never needed to wait this long in the past.

Maybe help… had you catch all addresses as forwarders?

They finally got back to me with this:

I have gone ahead and performed a mail update on your server for that particular domain and all addresses, it should take about an hour to fully propagate.

This update that was performed should solve the mail forwarding problems you have been experiencing.


And I just checked. It still doesn’t work! It’ll probably be anouther 48+ hours untill I get a response.
