My pc became corrupt so i ha dto format and re-install everything, sadly that deleted all my info.

Not that I don’t believe you, but please try again. DreamHost Support always respond, though not always within 24 hours. When you write them, be sure to give as much detail as you can about your account so that they can verify that you’re not a jokester, and be sure to give them a valid reply-to address so they don’t send their replies to an address you can’t read at the moment.
