Lost ID and Passord

Our church website was set up by someone who has now lost/doesn’t remember his ID and password for DreamHost. I need to login to obtain a secure IP address as we will soon be selling items on our site.

I have tried to contact DreamHost on their contact form for more than a week numerous times and have not received a response.

Help!!!

Hi Michael,

I was able to get your ticket escalated to our account verification team and saw that they have sent multiple emails regarding this issue. I went head and sent the previous response to the email address listed on the ticket. If you have not received it in your In Box please check your junk and spam folders,
