Locked out of panel.dreamhost.com

I set up multifactor authentication last year and installed the Google Authenticator on my iPhone. The phone recently failed and I had to replace it, at which point I set it up as a new phone and downloaded all my apps again. Unfortunately, this wiped out my Dreamhost entry in the Authenticator app.

Now I can no longer log in to my Dreamhost account, nor can I find any way to re-set up the Authenticator. The worst thing is that I can’t even file a support ticket with Dreamhost, because that now requires logging in, which is exactly what I can’t do.

Can anyone please help?
