Locked out from dreamhost panel, cannot make contact

Hi, I’ve accidentally let my domain expire and the email address associated with my dreamhost panel is on that expired domain. This means I can’t contact dreamhost support through the panel. How do I contact them? I’ve tried to send an email through the dreamhost contact page using the “others” message option supplying them with an alternate email address that dreamhost also manages for me but that 10 hours go but haven’t heard back.

Since dreamhost don’t supply an phone number I’m a little stuck.
