Just when I thought mail was OK

… DH is intermittently bouncing incoimiong mail with false “unknown user” error. And some mails from me to Support are not in the History, and copies of mails from the Contact Support panel did not reach me.

Anyone else sufferring likewise?

I found the cause - they were going into a different account’s History which unbeknownst to me is not shown via the Active Account - Accessible feature. My bad!
