Just signed up

Hi i just signed up for a hosting plan, went through the various details, entered the cc information, then got an error msg, then re-entered the cc information and the system tells me the card is already registered.

i managed to log into the web panel and it says the account is under approval.

Q is there a way to check the cc details worked ok as this was not clear from the process i went through.


Since you can log into the panel, you could send support a message and let them know what happened–and to be sure it didn’t go through twice.

I’d wait a day or two and, if the panel still says the account is pending approval, lodge a support request.

Similar occurances have been reported in the forum before, a simple request to DreamHost support usually sorts it out pretty quick.
