I just added a new domain to host under my account and I want someone else to be able to manage it from the panel (create mailboxes and manage webmail in general, basically).
Just granted access to someone via their email. How can they login the panel, where do they set a password?
Once you have added a user to the panel following the instruction on our help page (https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us/articles/214694248-How-do-I-add-or-remove-account-privileges-) the new user just needs to visit the password reset link:
Once they enter the email you set up in the panel they should be able to set their own password.

Thanks for your response, Mari, it worked fine and I would eventually try that. But maybe we could ask for an improvement in this particular, because it isn’t technically/semantically correct to say that one forgot (or needs to reset) a password that wasn’t set before.
