Junk filter not working

I’ve enabled the junk filter (and not changed any of its Options - they remain tag = 999 and quarantine = 4) but still after a month it has failed to catch even one spam (the webmail2 page does not show the “You Have X Messages In Your Junk Mail Folder!” message). Any ideas, anyone?

You can see messages that have been caught by logging into a special copy of WebMail:

http://webmail2.dreamhost.com/

Note that you should use your entire address (you@yourdomain.com) when logging in!

If any Junk Mail has been caught, you’ll see a link above your inbox that says “You Have X Messages In Your Junk Mail Folder!”
