The “administrator” of my site. Well he’s just the guy who initially set my webmail up on dreamhost server… Anyhow he is being a total pr*ck and will not contact support himself in order to get my webmail issues resolved. The last time I contacted him (a couple of hours ago) he told me to work it out myself! How can I, if I am only the end user?
What’s not working?
If it’s something that can’t be resolved at your end, your only option is the generic Support form.
Be cautioned that Support has no obligation to support end users; just the account owner.
