Is support still alive?


That is my question; IS SUPPORT STILL ALIVE???

I do not know what is going on this last month, for a change this month I actually needed support (normally I might have 4-5 messages a year), but now I really need them, it is as if they are sleeping or whatever, but not clearing the ticket(s). In my previous experience 1 too 3 hours at the most for issues that where not important, now stuff is really broke silence for almost 12 hours now.

I am sorry just needed to get it of my chest.


i think it depends on your self-reported problem severity. Did you choose the ‘help me now! people are dying!’ option?
