I am in the middle of a conversion to VPS and yesterday afternoon two techs were rocking and rolling helping me out. Exceeded my expectations. Then when I moved my VPS and had some issues and questions, I’ve been in a holding pattern with responses to my ticket(s). I was just wondering if there is support after 5pm or not?
Support is always here, but it may be the case that your case is tied to the techs who were helping. Try submitting a new ticket and refer to the previous ticket number. Hopefully someone can pick up where the others left off.
