Incorrect bandwidth readings?

#1

I know that I’ve exceeded the limit this month but last night (6/10)
it read my bill was $84. I check it again this morning and it says
$175.44. This should not be correct as i removed access to my large
files and have throttled the website. I dont see how it could jump
that high in a matter of hours. Also, as I checked the bandwidth
yesterday, it kept fluctuating from $84-$800+ everytime I refreshed showing inconsistency.
Thanks for the support.

Perhaps you assumed (or like I, was told by Support) that throttling is sure to prevent your bandwidth going over limit, but as the KB says:

Note, throttling is only updated once a day! So even with throttling on, it’s still possible for you to go over your limit if you suddenly get a large abnormal spike in traffic in one day.

I know that but I had removed access to all my large files prior to throttling my website. It has once again jumped and my overcharge bill is now $214. Perhaps I’m being ddos’ed…
