IMAP server error

Hi,
One of our email addresses: shimu@magnusts.com not working properly.

POP3: mail.magnusts.com
SMTP: Using local ISP’s SMTP

The error are displaying after logged in this email account from webmail.magnusts.com:

" ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: SELECT “INBOX” ".
So, no emails receiving from any one.

But, no problem to sending emails.

I’ve checked & found “Disk quota exceeded”. So, I’ve increase the disk limit, but still getting the same error.

How can it be solved?

*) Ok, it’s solved. Now receiving emails after increase disk space. But, is there any way to retreive the missing emails.

There won’t be “missing” mail. If your mailbox is full, the message gets bounced back to the sender.
