IMAP email and the Root Folder Path?

#1

I was setting up Outlook Exp. to use my email account as an IMAP type. But I want to access the other folders on my mail server but cant. Im guess it cause I dont have Root Folder Path set in the Account properties.

Does anyone know what I should have this set to so I can access those other folder?

I read one post on the forums that suggested using INBOX but then that just createst folders under your inbox but thats not what I want to do.

I’m using Outlook Express 6, and all of my other IMAP folders show up as subfolders under “INBOX.” I didn’t set any root folder path. Setting root folder path to INBOX just makes those folders appear at the same level as the inbox (and allows OE to store the “sent-mail” folder properly)
