I'm new to the group. Please help everyone

Is anyone experiencing this? Live chat has been down all day for me. I used it successfully a couple of weeks ago, but now it’s saying “Sorry, we aren’t online at the moment.” in the popup chat window.

I recommend you always use a topic that is meaningful. In this case try something like :
Live Chat is down?

And while you tagged your post as Español, your inquiry has nothing to do with the spanish language or other language issues. I suggest you use tags that represent your content. That will help to ensure more eyes see your questions … so that you might get more and better answers.
