I would like DreamHost to call me

From what I have read, I have to write to DreamHost and they will call me. I would like someone on the DreamHost support team to give me a call. Please send me an e-mail to which I can respond with my phone number.

How do I ask for DreamHost to release my “A” records on a certain date and time?

Hi there,

You can add/modify A records to your domain in the Dreamhost control panel, under Domains->Manage Domains, then select the DNS link under the domain to which you wish to add the records.

Please note that if your domain is set to fully hosted and you add a blank or www A record, you will experience intermittent success as your domain is now juggling between two different A records. You will need to set your domain to “Host DNS only!” if you want just the custom A record to work.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

It should also be noted that you can’t set a timer on something like this. You make a DNS change, those changes them have to propagate which can take anywhere from a few minutes to 72 hours with most changes occurring usually in the first 8 hours.
