Can someone please tell me what to do?
Dreamhost has suspended my account and therefore shut down my website and e-mail apparently due to my credit card expiring. Instead of notifying me of this, they just took me offline.
They say to get technical support and/or pay my bill, I have to log in to their website but my log in information does not work due to the suspension. Since they have no phone numbers to call, and I have never had to contact them before, what do I do now?
I NEED my website back up immediately.
