I cancelled my account but

I didn’t get my money back! And I’m suppose to cause it’s been alot less than 97 days. What is the meaning of this?

I think you would be better to ask this question of DreamHost billing.

I believe the 97 day guarantee only applies if you paid by credit card.

I did pay with a credit card and I tried emailing the billing@dreamhost.com but it didn’t work.
