I cacnceled domain service

Hi!

It has got some problems as below, I canceled the order about the domain service, but I have received a credit card receipt which is paid about that.

  • Why did you deactivate menu even after paid it?
  • Why did you billing if properly canceled domain service?

If the service you mention is registration, there are no refunds since DreamHost has to pay for domains they register.
