I am trying to reset my 2fa, it is sending me to password reset!

Hello support,

I am trying to reset my 2FA because I changed my phone (I used to use a phone authenticator), when I try to do so, it takes me to password reset instead.

I tried to open a support ticket, unfortunately, it doesn’t send me an email confirmation that the ticket is opened.

What should I do now, I need to gain access to my account urgently, with no luck!


When you setup 2FA, you should have received a set of recovery codes, which can be used to login if you’ve lost access to your 2FA device. Once you’re logged in you can regenerate the 2FA key in the security panel:
