HUGE amount of down time

What is the deal with Dreamhost? When I signed up I could have never imagined the amount of system-wide downtime I have experienced. Right now I can’t access any website, database, ftp, etc. Is my email down too? Probably.

Can we complain enough to get the downtime down to just once per month instead of once per DAY???

What’s the story here? Does anyone from Dreamhost have a viable excuse?!!

you should definatly contact suport about your sites being down. It may be that some other users are making your server un-staible. Unfortunatly, you need to talk to support about this too- either they should be able to take care of the over zelous user, or possibly switch your account to another server.
