Http error 500?

wordpress

#1

I am not sure if this is a wordpress issue or hosting issue. I tried to log in and I keep getting a HTTP ERROR 500 message. I have tried different browsers and computers, even my phone. My phone gives more info saying that the server is currently unable to handle the request. I am unsure on what to do at this point. www.xenokron.com is my website.

Well it is back up and running, must have been a server issue.

I was notified by e-mail of the problem in response to this post. I am very pleased with the response and action taken. I am pasting in what was said for others to reference. It was my jetpack plugin causing the issues.

Hello Xeno,

Thank you for contacting support! I saw your post on our discussion board
and wanted to follow up with you. The error was being caused by the
jetpack plugin:

PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required
‘/home/blank/xenokron.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/lib/class.media.php’
(include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear’) in
/home/blank/xenokron.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on
line 25

I have manually disabled the plugin for you and your site is now loading.
For future reference you may check your domain’s error logs for more
