How to remove commonalities from server.log on local machine?

I want to remove entries from the server.log that I download to my local machine.

Too many to do manually with a text editor, but these are two examples:

style.css HTTP/1.1" 403
style.css HTTP/2.0" 403

Maybe a .bat file? I don’t know how to set this up. Thanks

Take a look at grepWin. It’s free and there’s a portable version. It has a GUI but can also be driven from the commandline.
