Presumably where ever you are getting this so-called “spam score” also tells you what to fix, otherwise ignore it.

No that is not what I meant, although you haven’t identified just what this metric describes.

Where are you getting this spam score at Moz? If so, they tell you how to reduce that metric.

Hello. Here some tips may be it will help you.
Create a text version. Avoid usage of spam sensitive words and phrases. . Use normal text inside hyperlinks, instead of the URL. Use a proper from address. Use a proper subject line.
Avoid HTML errors, unsupported techniques, obscure content, obfuscation.
Images. HTML.

When you say spam score? What exactly you are referring to? If you are referring to moz spam score, then I guess you need to disavow spam backlinks. Hope this is what you are looking for.
