How to desactivate Forward-Only Email


Hi everybody,

For some reason my main mailbox is set to Forward-Only Email. I would like to stop this but I don’t know how to desactivate this setting.

You can change your mail settings by logging into your web panel and selecting Manage Email > “edit” (on the far right of the email address).
Here’s a quick link:
Then on the next page change your settings to “Fully Hosted Email”. This is the same page where you would have set up your email to forward-only, and where you should go to change your email settings in the future.
