I’ve been setting up several FTP users on my account lately. Most of them have been provisioned within 10-15 minutes, or faster, but I’ve got two right now that have been pending for almost 2 hours. Is this normal? When should I start poking Customer Support for help?
There is a report on the status page to say that changes made via the ControlPanel are not going through to the live servers. They say do not send the changes again as they are stored…maybe.

Ah, poop. Thanks for that. I really had checked the status page – first thing I did, in fact – but I guess I should have been patient and waited for a message to appear.
