How do we get help when Dreamhosts systems fail to work?

I have been trying to add SSL for several days. I get through the process, and nothing happens. Loops me back to the starting point with no message showing success, no emails, nothing.

I click on the help, and communicate, I get to the page that has FAQ and Forum, but there is no way to actually contact anyone. I try clicking chat and email links, they connect to the same place.

Is there anyone actually working at Dreamhost?

You should be able to use this link to contact a LiveChat agent or submit a ticket from your DreamHost Panel:

Select a topic from the dropdown menu and then “Chat with an agent” or “Submit a ticket”
