How do I get a SPF record added to my email account?

I am getting Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender notices which state the following:

[Personalemailaddressremoved]>: host mx.bt.lon5.cpcloud.co.uk[65.20.0.49]
said: 421 Too many messages (1.5.7.3) on 2018/10/07 13:15:27 BST from
un-validated IP address: 64.90.62.138. Please add a SPF record for the
domain addup.co.uk to your DNS or ask your Broadband Provider / Domain
Registrar to do this, we will be unable to deliver email until this is done
due to the volume of email being sent from this IP address. Guide for bulk
senders [bt website url] (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

I have been asked by the person who has the btinternet email address to send them some information and they think I am ignoring them as my emails to them keep getting rejected, even replying from the emails they send me results in the failure notices. As a disability support group, this does not look good on us

Hi, in your domain DNS settings, add a TXT record containing “v=spf1 include:netblocks.dreamhost.com -all” and you should be fine.
