It happens every day - either I can’t logon to FTP, or I can’t access directories/files I uploaded the previous day, and my site reverts back to the way I had it the week before. What is up with this?

I don’t work here. I’m just your typical support forum volunteer.
I just submitted a ticket…I guess I was hoping it would fix itself without having to bother the support techs.
