How Can i load Apache mod_negotiation

For some reasons,i need the apache mod_negotiation !
How Can i load Apache 1.3 mod_negotiation on PHP4.

You cannot load custom Apache mods. Sorry.

yerba# rm -rf /etc

Apache’s mod_negotiation is available, at least on the server I’m on (gap). You may need the following line in .htaccess in the root directory of your site to use it:

Options Multiviews (there should be a plus sign in front of Multiviews in the line above; this forum software is broken in that it strips them out for some reason)

Note that mod_negotiation has nothing to do with PHP. You may want to read the documentation for further clarification.

This little glitchy annoyed me enough to figure out how to do it, so I bring you:

ObSolution: ampersand-crosshatch-four-three-semicolon.

The config is not same on each server of dreamhost?

i cannot find the mod_negotiation on mine:

Linux jalapa 2.4.32-grsec+f6b+gr217+nfs+a32+fuse23+tg+++clock-v6.193 #1 SMP Mon Apr 17 14:40:21 PDT 2006 i686

uname output won’t ever show Apache modules, so that’s irrelevant. Likewise, you’re running PHP-CGI rather than mod_php, so Apache modules won’t show up in phpinfo() output either.

Why don’t you try whatever it is you need to do and get back to us if it doesn’t work?
