Three critical support tickets in the last 24 hours and not so much as a nibble from Dreamhost.
Dreamhost sleeps while Rome burns.
Is it always like this here?
Not that I’ve noticed.
They might be being flooded by people resubmitting a ticket every 5 minutes.
He’s probably right. We all have submitted many tickets with the php errors that started yesterday around 6:30 EST.
I am guessing Dreamhost is trying to figure out what they did to break it instead of responding to the tickets.
