Help w setting up word press theme

I purchased a domain and a host…what else do I need to have wordpress install my website template? What is domain hosted? Help! Working on a deadline. Thanks.

go to manage domains in panel and add the domain as ‘fully hosted’ (this is not the same thing as purchasing the domain) then go to ‘goodies’ -> ‘one-click installs’ and choose a CUSTOM install of wordpress.

Only issue is with “fully hosted”, where do you select? I am on the pg and have selected the second choice (add www.) but it still says 0 domains hosted on the account status. Do I have to choose one of the google options?
